Targovax is seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager to lead the QA function. The Senior QA Manager will report to the CEO and will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of our QA systems including, but not limited to SOPs, batch record review, training program, CAPA / deviations / change control, and perform internal and external audits.
Our new Senior QA Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Targovax Quality Management System and provide QA GXP (GMP, GLP and GCP) support where required. You will be responsible for qualification and oversight of existing suppliers of drug substance and drug product, including preparation of QA agreements, performance of audits and follow-up of quality related incidents including Adequate management of Deviations, CAPAs and changes. You will secure compliance with all applicable GXP, and you will also represent QA in different development projects.
We are looking for candidates with a MSc preferably Cand. Pharm. or another higher degree combined with several years of experience within relevant QA positions in the pharmaceutical industry. QA experience related to qualification, implementation and follow up of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO) and Service Providers will also be important.
Other relevant qualifications preferred is outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, ability to work independently whilst at the same time being a good team player, as well as knowledge from working with EU and US GXP requirements at different stages of development.
We have offices in Oslo, Norway and Espoo, Finland, and frequent travel these locations will be necessary. International travels will also be required from time to time.
