Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a senior marketing manager for our Group marketing team. You will be responsible for planning the marketing & sales enablement content strategy together with the Business Development, Group and Product Management teams. You will lead the creation and production of online and offline marketing content as well as sales enablement materials in close cooperation and collaboration with our division marketing teams. You will also be responsible for brand governance and development.

Our ideal candidate is a proactive and energetic teamplayer, a collaborative and creative marketing professional with a writing background and experience in purpose driven branding. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. For this position, it’s essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends.

Location: preferably Vantaa, Helsinki/Finland; or Munich, Germany.

Your Responsibilities
  • Defining and developing the content strategy and content planning for Caverion wide external programs and campaigns in close collaboration with the Group development and the division marketing teams
  • Identifying and driving topics by scanning the market, trends and upcoming industry themes, aligned with the Caverion strategy
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce high quality content; includes hands-on content development and copywriting
  • Campaign content development and coordination across all on-and offline channels
  • generate ideas and programs to increase customer engagement
  • brand governance, brand development and branding initiatives
  • Agency management and budget management

Your qualifications / competences
  • Experience in working in international environments
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  •  Commercial understanding and thinking
  •  Editorial mindset, Excellent copywriting and basic layout skills
  •  Excellent communication and writing skills in English; Proficiency in English (all content and materials are to be prepared in English); preferably also language skills in one or more of these languages: Finnish, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish.
  • Agility, flexibility, self-driven, proactive
  • Proven work experience in the areas of content creation and branding
  •  experienced working in remote and matrix teams
  • Understanding of web publishing requirements
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
