Senior Manager, Delivering Deal Value
We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Delivering Deal Value team within Deals. Our team helps clients to create value in M&A deals. We support M&A integration and strategic transformation of the business to capture the full synergy potential, or divestment value on the sell-side. Outside of the deals offering, we perform business portfolio analyses that support our clients in understanding their available strategic alternatives and development roadmaps.
Your role as a senior manager is to act as project manager in demanding synergy planning and capture projects, portfolio and business reviews, and operational due diligence projects. In addition, you will actively contribute to account management and related sales pursuits covering PwC’s entire Deals offering.

Your responsibilities will comprise of
Overall project management, including lead responsibility to plan the work of the team and coordinate activities with other related PwC teams
Developing the offering and client relationships further in the area of operational M&A services
Participating in team development by coaching the junior team members and supporting further recruitment
We expect you to
Have good knowledge of M&A processes and understanding of the deal flow
Analytical mindset combined with the ability to solve problems in a structured way
Have a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience from strategy consulting, M&A transaction advisory or corporate development positions
Have a degree in M.Sc. in Business, Economics, and/or Engineering
Be fluent in Finnish and English. Fluency in Swedish is an advantage
