SGTS Nordic & Baltic is looking for a


for our User & Site Support (USS) Operations team located in Vantaa, Finland. Saint-Gobain Technology Services (SGTS) Nordic & Baltic Infrastructure provides Shared IT Infrastructure Services to all Saint-Gobain businesses in Nordic & Baltic countries. We are responsible for IT architecture, solutions, service design, operations and support and project management.

The purpose of the job is to work in our newly established regional 3rd line support team. The team is serving all Saint-Gobain business units in the Nordic & Baltic region. The job includes enforcement of Group IT standards, and facilitating information sharing and best practices among the organization. The main responsibilities are related to problem management, project management, master data (Active Directory) and ServiceNow coordination, service transition and process development. The position is full-time and permanent.

We expect:

  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • About 5 years of working experience in IT
  • Fluent Finnish and English. Additional Nordic / Baltic languages are a benefit
  • Personal competencies & skills: a self-driven, motivated, structured and flexible problem-solver with customer-focus and the ability to work independently
  • Technical competencies: comprehensive experience and understanding of IT systems in general, understanding of the ITIL framework
  • Experience in process, service & project management is considered a benefit
  • Technical IT troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Can do –attitude
