About the position

With this position, you will have a chance to ensure the continuity of our high level of IT security and be an integral part of our continuing success story!

You will be a central part of a global Technology Unit, based in Helsinki, Finland, that operates in a truly international business environment with hundreds of personnel working on 3 continents and in 15 offices with a large global customer base.

In your position, your main responsibilities are

  • Collaborate in the research, design, development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
  • Recognize and understand strategic business goals and needs in order to assist in providing analytical guidance and data accessibility.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining various documentation, policies and procedures.
  • Identify and solve data quality issues.
  • Keep current with emerging technologies by pursuing certifications in your area of expertise that support company strategic goals.
  • Under supervision, assist business owners and risk management in customer communication in the IT security context
  • Participation in the management of IT Security Reviews, Pen Testing, Phishing testing, Vulnerability Assessments and IT Audits
  • Assist IT management to ensure our working environment is fully patched and secured
  • Maintenance and enhancement of requirements for purchase of business supporting IT software such as office environment, CRM, HR tools etc

Requirements:

  • Experience in ensuring that business continuity policies, procedures and audits are in place and up to date in an international company.
  • Fluency in English, good organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interaction skills.

Considered as plus:

  • Knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. Cobit, ITIL, ISO27001)
  • Awareness of security laws, regulations, guidance, policies and directives would be helpful
  • Experience of the technological domain that M-Brain is operating in, industry trends, competing domain offerings / solutions, understanding of customers' business processes.
