Senior IT Manager

What you will be doing

As an IT Manager, you will be leading Accountor’s FMS cluster’s end user and office IT related services as a whole. You’ll have overall responsibility for our 400 end users' experience with IT.  This requires people skills, great communication skills to communicate complex things clearly, excellent knowledge of the technical side of modern office technologies, as well as vision and execution skills to implement improvements. Functionally the scope includes IT device related processes such as lifecycle and configuration management, identity management, and managing general office applications (such as MS Office, Slack, etc.) and related infrastructure and services.

Your typical day might include tasks like managing development projects as a project manager, rolling sleeves and deep diving into technical details, or managing ServiceDesk partners and SLA’s. Your day might also include speaking at info session about IT, simplifying processes and instructions, influencing stakeholders, and managing expectations towards vision and goals. 

You are part of Accountor FMS clusters internal operations function, so your colleagues are responsible for different aspects of internal processes. We are also starting a recruitment of IT specialist to expand the end user IT capabilities. Chosen IT Manager will be part of that recruitment process and selection.

Most of your team is located at our headquarters in Espoo, but our other locations are in Turku, Tampere, Oulu, Jyväskylä and Stockholm. We work with a flexible hybrid model.  As IT manager you need to visit all our sites from time to time.
