We are now searching for a Senior Human Resources Generalist for our Client Honeywell. Honeywell is a global leader in the areas of technology and advanced manufacturing processes. In almost 100 countries around the world, about 120,000 employees develop and manufacture reliable and state-of-the-art-products in the fields of Aerospace, Transportation and Power Systems, Specialty Materials and Automation and Control Solutions.

The purpose of your job

Providing high quality Human Resources generalist support to the organisations based in Finland, you will work closely with local leaders, HR business leaders, Centers of Excellence and HR Services in supporting the businesses and driving the HR agenda. This role will be part of the Northern Europe Region HR team and will involve cross business/region responsibilities and/or projects. This is a standalone role and the HR Generalist will be responsible for ca.100 employees across the country.

Your responsibilities are

• Counselling and coaching both the business and employees
• Performance management + Talent Management processes and practices
• HR and legal policies
• Training area
• Support the leaders and the business
• Monitor activities of Staffing, Comp & Ben (identify issues, taxation, be able to convey for concern), other suppliers
• Managing employee / labour relations: national agreements - relevant employers’ associations and national trade unions (leverage these resources)
• Drive forward and toward conflicts resolution
• Escalation processes

We expect from you

University Degree in HR related disciplines or any relevant academic background
Minimum of 5-7 years strong HR generalist experience
Deep Employee/Labour Relations experience
Experience of working in a large multi-national, matrix organisation
Excellent Finnish and English language skills
Excellent PC skills
