Would you like to be part of our exciting change journey? We're expanding our People team in Finland and are searching for a driven and experienced HR Business Partner.

The position

As a key player in the Nordic People team you will drive the strategic people agenda by coaching and sparring the leaders and supporting them in their daily people-related tasks. You are responsible for talent attraction, recruitment and onboarding practices for all companies in Finland. In addition, you act as Business Partner for one of our companies in Finland and participate in different group/country level initiatives.

Some of your main responsibilities:

  • Act as Business Partner for local Business Area management
  • Own talent, leadership & culture initiatives as well as employee engagement and well-being within your BA
  • Coach and support recruiting managers. Secure the external talent pipeline by sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates  
  • Drive employer brand awareness and develop career related presence on social media
  • Contribute to developing the Group People team and work practices

About you

We expect you to be an HR generalist with a minimum of 5–7 years of relevant work experience and solid knowledge of people processes. You have ability to work both strategically and hands-on, and you are accustomed to drive change in a fast-moving business. In addition, you have experience from working with the whole recruitment lifecycle.

You have a proactive, business-oriented mindset and the courage to stand up for yourself. You are development oriented, co-creative and capable of working in an organized way both independently and in a team. The job requires excellent Finnish and English skills (both oral and written).
