We are looking for a Senior global process owner, Statutory reporting to ensure compliance in the area of statutory financial processes. Position is located at Tampere, Finland. Working partly from other locations is possible.

What you’ll do
Ensure compliance and efficiency in statutory recognition, -reporting and -audit areas
Lead a team as a direct manager
Manage guidelines and global governance models for statutory financial processes
Stakeholder management and collaboration with service providers and audit community
Guide and provide expertise on local GAAP treatment and recognize difference to IFRS
Coordinate and monitor process efficiency and quality in own area
Coach and share knowledge to grow and manage competences in process chain.
Lead implementation of regulatory and process changes in own area
Who you are
You have at least bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
You are a good communicator with fluency both in Finnish and English
You have advanced knowledge in Statutory financial reporting processes and Finnish statutory accounting principles (FAS)
You have strong knowledge of IFRS and understanding of corporate income taxation
You are able to take initiative, influence and lead complexities
You have a strong influencing and collaboration skills in global organization
You have strong leadership skills
Experience in similar roles in private sector or roles in auditing are considered as an asset
