... assist your sales colleagues in advising both new and existing customers

... ensure relevant documentation and training

... participate in an international business unit that solves tasks for customers in most of Europe, allow for 30-40 travel days per year

Knowledge of ERP and business processes

There are several paths that can lead to a position as Senior Business Process Consultant in Multi Support. Most likely you bring one or more of the following qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of the business processes in a company
  • Practical experience in identifying, describing and implementing IT-based workflow optimizations
  • Combined sales support and technical capabilities
  • Basic knowledge of programming as well as configuration of software and scripts
  • In-depth knowledge of the installation and configuration of browsers, MS Outlook, and MS Office products
  • English, fluent in both writing and speech
