Metsä Group IT Infrastructure unit is looking for a

Security Manager

to join our HQ in Espoo. In this position you will be part of a team of 14 IT professionals, who develop and deliver group-wide security services. The ICT Infrastructure unit is part of Metsä Groups Group ICT, and serves the different business areas.

Job Description

As Security Manager you get to work with service providers to develop, implement and maintain IT security services to Metsä Group businesses. A large amount is outsourced so vendor management is a crucial part of the job description. Together with your team you will have clear goals and realistic framework to achieve them.

More specifically you will be able to leverage your expertise in the following topics:

• Designing appropriate technical and organizational requirements, principles, policies and guidelines.
• OT Security development together with Metsä Business Areas
• Risk management: Supporting Unit management, facilitating and monitoring and reporting Business Impact Analysis and proposing and monitoring implementation of risk mitigation activities.
• Supporting implementation of security into processes.
• Supporting related activities of IT Continuity Management.
• Defining detailed security requirements based on Group policies, business requirements and Group ICT needs.
• Supporting in analysis, evaluations and investigations of security related topics
• Participating in key projects to ensure that security is built-in.

Required Skills and Abilities

This position requires a good knowledge of Information Security, Data privacy, cyber-security.

Genuine technology interest with several years of experience of international corporate security tasks.

• Background in IT is required, experience of OT and manufacturing environment is seen as an asset.
• The successful candidate works proactively with high integrity, both independently and in teams, across the organization.

As a person, you are positive and enthusiastic service minded personality with a strong customer focus. You are technical and practical with a blend of administrative capabilities together with good communication and training skills.
