Unilever Finland is now looking for new team members to join our Customer Development team during our highest Ice Cream season. The fixed term contracts are from February to the end of August 2019 (precise dates agreed individually). You’ll be working on weekdays between 8 and 16 at our Helsinki HQ in Vallila.  

In this position you will be responsible for handling daily tasks in the Call Center function. You’ll be a key interface between Unilever and our customers, responsible for delivering world class customer service.


Key responsibilities

Pro-activity plays an important role and creating reports and tracking KPI:s is fundamental. The team that you would be joining is also responsible for the online ordering process, from managing the customers and users to updating content and products. Also supporting the van sales organization in orders, stocks and inventory.

We’re looking for people to three different positions with slightly different main responsibilities. In addition to the main responsibility, shared daily routines are included in all of the roles:

  • Understand Customer requirements and opportunities (strategy, structure, targets, operational standards, routines, systems etc.)
  • Daily communication and interactions with customers (internal/external) in a professional way
  • Build Customer (internal and external) relationship
  • Generate, Process and Monitor Orders
  • Manage Returned Products and Withdrawal of Products
  • Invoice Customer
  • Handle Customer complaints and contacts (logistic, price, cabinet service/transport)
  • Resolve Customer problems, anticipate and prevent (internally and with Customer)
  • Support field sales and KAM team in customer contacts, service and pro-active sales
  • Build reports and track KPI:s and web-ordering operations (incoming calls, orders, sales).


Position #1: Events and Leisure Park coordinator

As Events and Leisure Park Coordinator, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leisure Parks order monitoring, invoices, cabinet operations and master data
  • Supporting our Key Account Manager in customer contacts and meetings
  • Building and updating the seasonal Events-reporting tool
  • Handling Events’ and Leisure Parks’ feedback, complaints and contacts (logistic, price, cabinet service/transport)
  • Helping other roles in the team with the daily tasks and main responsibilities.


Position #2: Ice Cream -Kiosk coordinator

As Ice Cream -Kiosk coordinator, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ice Cream Kiosks’ and Soft Ice machines’ logistics, order monitoring, invoices, cabinet operations and master data
  • Handling Ice Cream kiosk’s feedback, complaints and contacts
  • Updating the Ice Cream kiosks -tool and weekly reporting to OOH -team
  • Daily contacts to Warehouse supplier
  • Helping other roles in the team with the daily tasks and main responsibilities.


Position #3: Pro-active Telesales rep

As Telesales rep, you are the key player to contacting prospects and making them our new customers. You’re also the bringer of good news, who informs our customers about new campaigns and help our key account manager. So, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Making and answering Customer calls throughout the season
  • Making pro-active sales calls to call center and chain customers
  • Support our Key Account Manager and team in different customer campaigns
  • Hunting new customers to call center
  • Helping the other roles in the team with the daily tasks and main responsibilities.


Do you see a match?

We are looking for people who are flexible and open-minded and are a true team players. To succeed in these roles, we also hope that you have:

  • Finnish & English, excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Swedish communication skills are considered as an advantage
  • Preferably previous experience from Customer Service tasks
  • Good solution-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Sales-oriented mindset
  • Experience in Microsoft Office -programs, especially in Excel
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
