Eevia Health Oyj is a fast-growing Finnish life science company. Our mission is to solve important health-related challenges with bioactive ingredients extracted from natural arctic plant raw materials. Scientific Product Manager

Can you take the responsibility for the positioning of our natural extracts in the global market? This includes managing projects for the development of new beneficial product features as well as new products. The Product Manager promotes a strong technical understanding of our products and improves the science substantiating the claimed health efficacies through scientific investigation of product efficacy in humans.

The role would include:

• Investigating product properties and features, including current science and analysis of competing products in cooperation with external parties, Universities, and research organizations.
• Managing pre-clinical and clinical investigations into health effects on humans, including safety trials, regulatory applications, and cooperation with scientific partners.
• Developing the technical documentation and providing technical support to Marketing and Sales as well as distribution partners and customers.
• Identifying strategic product development efforts, structuring projects, and executing these as project manager or participant.
• Contribute to quality investigations, characterization, and improvement related to analytical issues and methods
• The position has also an aspect of technical sales and supporting marketing with scientific documents, white papers, and a summary of scientific manuscripts.

We expect that you have a technical background in pharmacology, medical biology, nutrition, biochemistry, or similar, with relevant education at M.Sc. or Ph.D. level. Your overall competence will enable you to manage the development of the scientific documentation and standing of our products.

You are an extrovert with an interest in people and a strong positive attitude and drive. We look for someone who likes to work in collaboration with others and is structured and organized. You like to travel and can function effectively in different cultures and communicate fluently in English.

You have empathy for the continuous need for improvements in an evolving, fast-growing international company. You are ready to create structures and systems, where these are missing. You have a passion for health and nutrition.
