We are now looking for an experienced SAP Enterprise Architect to join our successful SAP practice in delivering world-class S/4HANA based solutions to our clients and taking your own career to the next level. About the opportunity

You will get a chance to combine deep understanding and experience of shaping SAP S/4HANA solutions with your personal skills and credibility to lead and guide some of the best SAP teams in the business to successful delivery. You will take accountability for ensuring that the end-to-end SAP solutions we create fulfil our customers' expectations of high quality and cost-effectiveness. You will lead and facilitate requirements gathering, design and gap analysis workshops to identify the optimum SAP solutions including analysis of legacy systems, business processes, data migration and interfaces.

You will share your knowledge and expertise with passion and know how to motivate and inspire colleagues to reach their peaks. We wish you to get energy from coaching less experienced teammates in your field. You will oversee, guide and advise SAP teams regarding the design, building and testing of integration solutions. We hope you to be a trusted advisor to our valuable customers on SAP best practices within different industries.

Through your seniority you are expected to contribute in new business development and to promote winning solutions towards the customer, plus actively take part in the wider Capgemini SAP community in the Nordics & globally.

What do we hope from you?

We are looking for someone with a wide range of SAP architecture & solution competencies, yet also a genuine drive to get great things done. These would translate into the following:

• Extensive experience in SAP enterprise architecture and business experience preferably in various industries – either from consulting or from “the other side of the table”
• Wide SAP competencies: both functional and technical knowledge, with solid understanding of SAP roadmap
• Strong knowledge and experience in SAP S/4HANA (logistics) is highly appreciated
• Willingness, drive and energy to be part of pre-sales and new business development including the ability to conceptualize
• Strong consultancy, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability and enthusiasm to work in multicultural & global teams
• Preferably fluent Finnish & English, both verbal and written
