Job Description


We are now looking for a Salesforce Specialist to join the Nordics Sales team in Helsinki or in Tampere.


As a Salesforce Specialist, your key target is to improve opportunity hit rate and estimation accuracy for different businesses in Nordics market area. You will enable efficient sales leadership with salesforce.com by ensuring the Nordics countries have all the salesforce.com opportunities in place and all business areas covered. You will develop the culture in the sales community to enable the best possible business outcome, while increasing overall customer facing time. You will be cooperating with many stakeholders across the market area.


Your main objectives include:

  • Optimizing and improving forecast accuracy and quality
  • Improving sales planning and funnel health
  • Identifying gaps in reaching targets and driving corrective actions
  • Driving and developing SFDC’s easiness of use
  • Developing and harmonizing account, opportunity and equipment (installed base) processes and operations in SFDC in the Market Area
  • Ensuring the continuous improvement of SFDC processes and data quality


To Succeed

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent knowledge in Salesforce.com and preferably previous experience in working in a sales organization in a multinational company. You have strong business and financial understanding and your working style is independent and persistent. SAP and BI knowledge are a plus.

You have the needed analytical skills to identify problems and difficulties in SFDC usage and the ability to challenge the status quo. Your collaboration and communication skills are excellent and you speak fluent English. Swedish skills are an advantage.

This role requires travelling 10-20% of the work time.
