Salesforce Lead Developer (Malaga / Helsinki)

Barona Technologies is a modern service development unit inside Barona, a leading private employment agency in Scandinavia. We are located in Helsinki but also opening a new Tech Hub in Malaga and looking for senior members to join this interesting journey.

As a Salesforce Lead Developer / Architect you would be a key part of in-house CRM team, but also have the freedom to grow our entire tech community as a whole.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
• Act as the Lead Developer / Architect for our Salesforce development projects
• Participate into the entire Agile development process:
  • Requirements & Architectural design
  • Hands-on development with common Salesforce technologies
  • Quality assurance & Documentation
  • Collaboration with stakeholders

We expect

• Experienced in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Platform
• Experience of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce and the Lightning Component Framework
• Experience of integrations (API´s and best practices to integrate other internal or external systems)
• Proactive grasp
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working on an Agile development team
• English (fluent)
