We are looking for a

Sales Team Leader

Located in Vantaa, you will be responsible for our sales team and report to our Market Manager Nordics. With direct sales responsibility for your own portfolio you will also take on a leadership role for a sales team of three people including field sales, tele sales and key account. A person in this position will be eager to proactively develop and maintain their own customer base to ensure sustainable organic growth as well as support the team to reach their objectives.

Job description

This is what you’ll do:

As the Sales Team Leader you will have the benefit of pursuing your own sales targets as well supporting your sales team to succeed. Leading by example you will create sales offers and conduct contract negotiations on a daily basis as well as actively sell our products to new and existing customers. By taking full ownership you will take on responsibility for your own and your team’s sales budget. You will also participate in marketing activities and work with our marketing team to develop and implement campaigns. To ensure Eden’s position as European market leader, you will always stay up to date with the latest trends and the developments in the market.


This is what you bring:

As person in this position will be a competitive character, focused on results and have documented results from B2B sales. Having wide experience in working towards KPI’s, our Team Leader Sales will be interested in learning and developing constantly. You will have close cooperation with the Nordic team and will be responsible of implementing projects and new work methods driven from our Head Quarter. Being naturally ambitious, this person will be a relationship builder with very good communication and cooperation skills. Building up the team to work as self-driven and business minded as himself, our Team Leader Sales will work independently and flexibly to meet our fast pace business needs.

Further necessary qualifications:
- 3 years proven sales experience (leadership experience welcomed, but not mandatory)
- Fluent English and Finnish, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Drivers’ license (B)
