Management Events brings together the visionary leaders of the world.  We are growing our B2B operations in Europe and Asia through new concepts, subsidiaries and hires. 

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to fill our B2B sales positions globally. If you have a solid track record in direct search - this might be perfect job opportunity for you!

The goal in your job is to grow our sales team's headcount during the next 12 months with 40 new hires through direct search. You will be rewarded progressively with headhunting bonus from each hire. Our in-house Talent Acquisition team will cheer and support you through the journey to exceed the targets.

Responsibilities

  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels (eg. LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing)
  • Calling to the prospective candidates to create attraction towards the job opportunity and get them in the recruitment process
  • Conducting confidential interviews and checking references
  • Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match and cultural fit
  • Present candidates to Hiring Managers and book further f-to-f and video interviews
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion

Requirements

  • You want to be in a key position when enabling Management Events' growth - people are our no. 1 asset!
  • The successful candidate will be able to attract sales talent and ensure successful hires.
  • Proven working experience in direct search
  • In addition to fluent English, you can speak fluent German/Dutch or Swedish
  • Experience related German, Dutch or Nordic market is a plus.
  • Previous experience with candidate sourcing / prospecting tools and methods
  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
