We are now looking for an energetic Sales Support person who can complement their team at Neolife. They offer a job in an exciting and growing company.
Your daily work is to give the best possible service to Neolife's Distributors in Scandinavia and to support them in regards to questions about products, deliveries, orders etc. You must enjoy communicating and give service over the phone and in writing. You like to coach, encourage, and motivate distributors in the best way. This position also involves working with Social Media such as develop and execute social media related activities, provide writing and editing support for outbound communication. Write, plan and schedule content across social media touch points.
You are an energetic person with great service spirit. You are opportunity oriented and you love working with people. You have some experience in health and wellness industry.
You have experience in working with customer service and can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English in both writing and speaking. Good eye for design and detail oriented.
You should have experience in the use of Social Media Platforms. Excellent writing skills.
We expect from you
High School diploma (minimum educational level)
Experience working in customer service
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Social Media content designer or similar)
Fluency in Swedish and English both written and spoken
Energetic and service oriented personality
Some experience in health and wellness industry
Good eye for design and detail oriented
Experience in the use of Social Media Platforms
Excellent writing skills

Work extent: Full-time, indefinite contract
