Sales Support Specialist.


You will be part of a team that is a primary point of contact for the divisional sales team. Your role will be to actively support sales team members with initiating and completing administrative tasks. This position is based in Helsinki, Finland.


What you can look forward to accomplishing:

  • Supporting the sales team with any additional information and quotations
  • Preparation and execution of standard and non-standard quotes based on information provided by the sales team
  • Identifying new and complete tenders in conjunction with the Tender/ Sales Manager
  • Responsible for sending out information and samples to customers
  • Logging sales leads onto our CRM and creation of Customer Master Data 
  • Updating of customer and dealer price lists
  • Creating reports for the sales management
  • Supporting marketing activities and creating customer master data
  • Organising and scheduling delivery and return of demonstration equipment 
  • Participating in special projects


Skills and experience that you need to bring to our company:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role, preferable including a mixture of customer service, sales support, and operations
  • Excellent system knowledge preferred: MS Office, SAP, SharePoint, CRM, Sales Force
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within agreed deadlines
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Self-motivation with a keen attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of a European team and be willing to travel
