Sales Support Coordinator

We are looking for a

Sales Support Coordinator (temporary 9 months position)

to join our Support Services team in Helsinki HQ.

Your role is to be part of Support Service team, that supports our sales, marketing and ecom teams. You will be the link to selected customers within support team.

You will also support and develop way of working together with rest of team with named tasks. You will work cross-functionally with different stakeholders in the company.

You will be joining a team of 5 easy-going, collaborative and hard-working professionals. This is a temporary 9-month position. Starting date as soon as possible or as agreed.

The main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Systematic and efficient order management in daily collaboration with wholesale, partner sales, sourcing, logistics and finance teams
• Answer to customer inquiries and manage customer product data
• Manage and update business systems such as Dafo, CRM, Teams, Magento, Mediabank and B2B -shop
• Assisting role to specific campaigns by packing and sending samples, coordinating displays needs with marketing and subcontractors, creating product excels
• Strong support for other parts of the organization regarding back-end systems
• Coordinating weekly letter
• Coordinating Salesman Samples

We are looking for someone, who:

• Has excellent communication and cooperative skills and problem-solving ability with excellent follow through
• Understanding the business logic in sales and marketing
• Proficient in Excel (essential functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.), PowerPoint and Microsoft One Drive
• Has a strong work ethic with positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Is detail-oriented, well organized and has analytical skills
• Enjoys routine work but also has an interest and ability to develop processes and working in changing environment
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish & English
