Sales Specialist / Sales Engineer

We are looking for a sales-oriented person to empower our front-end sales within our domestic drives service team in Drives Service Vantaa or Tampere.

Your responsibilities

  • Your main responsibilities in this role will be to visit allocated customers, find new customers and leads, set the annual budget and work together with our back-end sales team
  • Our traditional business model has been to serve end customers directly but in this role you may also need to organize your sales efforts together with a dedicated channel partner
  • Our comprehensive service portfolio has great value for the customers and as main point of contact, it will be your task to help the customers through their drives lifecycle
  • You will be required to visualize your sales activities in Salesforce environment

Your background

  • A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a suitable field of studies (e.g. business, industrial engineering etc.)
  • Previous experience in sales, technical sales experience is an advantage
  • You feel at home in front of customers and get energized by challenges
  • Excellent skills in Finnish and English, other languages such as Swedish are an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools and the ability to quickly learn new applications (e.g. sales tools)
  • Ideally, you have already gained a few years’ experience in sales
  • You like to be the one to take the initiative, understand the importance of networking and you are driven by results
  • You have the skill to sense business opportunities and you are able to utilize the organization’s support function to reach your goals
  • Your main responsibility is to reach your annual sales budget within the allocated accounts across Finland. We aim to be the customers first choice, therefore your sales portfolio will consist of our complete drives service offering
  • This position requires constant traveling, approximately 80 -120 days per year
