We are now recruiting for summer and we would like you to join us! We are looking for motivated, goal oriented and positive sales representatives. Over the course of five years, we have coached and helped hundreds of future superstars and leaders to face their own challenges and obstacles overcoming them as winners. The work is challenging but very rewarding. Working as sales representative will prepare you for the challenges ahead in your career. Nordic Sales Crew’s coaching and expertise creates the basis for your personal development and for your career path.
You can work in various positions as a professional sales representative or even become a team leader. In sales, workload, attitude and motivation are crucial. When these things are in order, our communal and competitive work atmosphere will guarantee you new success stories.
Work and requirements
You can work in stand, face-to-face or door-to-door sales. Our customers are Finland's best-known consumer brands such as Sanoma, Nordic Green Energy, Doctors Without Borders, The Finnish Red Cross and World Vision.
Duration and type: The minimum requirement is to work for at least 3 months and at least 3 shifts a week.
Working hours: Morning, day and evening shifts. About 5–8 hour shifts.
Requirements: We are confident that high goals and desire to learn enable us to succeed in our work. Previous sales experience is for your benefit. We require excellent Finnish or English. The employment relationship requires a valid work permit in Finland
Salary:
Commission based salary, but we also offer a guarantee wage (10€/h).

Työtehtävässä kontaktoit aktiivisesti asiakkaita ostoskeskuksissa ja messuilla, tai vaihtoehtoisesti teet asiakaskäyntejä potentiaalisten kuluttajien kodeissa. Lisäksi kelien lämmetessä kesällä tarjoamme mahdollisuuden myös liikkuvaan myyntiin kaupunkien keskustoissa feissaten tai myyntipyörillä fillaroiden.
Nordic Sales Crew:lla työskentely on hauskaa ja sopivan haastavaa. Olemme parissa vuodessa kasvaneet muutamasta myynnin ammattilaisesta noin sadan henkilön myyntitoimistoksi. Tule siis osaksi tätä vauhdikasta kasvutarinaa!
