Engaged Sales Office Representative for Royal Canin, Mars Inc. in Finland

We are currently seeking a new colleague to join our Finnish Sales Office to serve the Finnish market.  We are looking for a co-worker who is engaged and enjoys working in a communicative and sales-oriented position. As Sales Office Representative at Royal Canin you will actively work to provide our retailers a high-quality experience whenever they contact us. Royal Canin is a part of Mars Inc. group that strongly emphasizes the individual development of its staff members.

Job description

The content of the job is versatile; you will, among other things, take care of the following:
  • ensuring a smooth and effective sales and ordering process
  • generating additional sales to existing customers
  •  providing sales support to our vendors in the market
  • keeping close communication with our financial department and logistics /warehouse
  • giving advice and support our retailers in specialised stores that offer high-quality cat and dog foods

About you

When customers contact us, you greet them with a smile. You are service-minded, you love to sell, and it shows. Since your role is to support our efforts in the Finnish market and you will be based in our office in Helsinki, it is crucial that you speak and write fluent Finnish and English.
We expect that you already have experience with customer-oriented functions within sales, telemarketing and/or customer service. You have good skills in MS Office. If you in addition have experience with Navision, it is an advantage.
We use a wide variety of IT systems, thus you should be able to adapt to new working routines and systems quickly and stay calm even when the work tempo is high.
