About the Unit
Yara International ASA is a global company operating in 160 countries, a world’s leading fertilizer company and a provider of environmental solutions.
Yara CIS region organization is responsible for sales and marketing of fertilizers and crop nutrition solutions for professional farms in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other Central Asia and Caucasus states. Yara has established a good presence in the CIS markets and aiming for a further development in key fertilizer segments.
Location of the position is in Yara Espoo office, Finland.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Sales (contracts, invoices) and administrative document management
- Follow and support product registration process in some markets (e.g. Caucasus and Central Asia)
- Organize (support organization of) customer events and team meetings
- Order and deliver marketing materials, giveaways, etc.
- Support local teams with translations RU to EN/FI, EN/FI to RU
- Support the CIS team with Salesforce CRM data management
- CIS commercial team travelling support (booking, visa invitations)
- Coordinate and support HESQ (Safety) activities in the region
- Fluent written/spoken Russian, English, Finnish languages
- Master’s degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced user of MS Office 365 tools
- SAP knowledge as an advantage
- Good communication and collaboration skills
