Sales Manager, Defence and Law Enforcement
As our Sales Manager you will be responsible for an active client acquisition and development of customer relationships with public sector organizations. You will be collaborating with various end users of our products as well as the public sector sourcing organizations. You will master the sales of Sako Defence and Law Enforcement product portfolio to named customers, but you may also be given the opportunity to specifically develop the sales of a part of the portfolio worldwide.
You are skilled in handling our products and understand the technical specifications in order to gain credibility with our clients. Sales processes will often require several years of work, which requires persistency in influencing different stakeholders. In addition to closing sales you will continue to develop your accounts in close collaboration with the rest of the Sako organization and other companies within Beretta Group.
An ideal candidate will have a solid experience in working with defence or law enforcement organizations, either as member of staff or as e.g. a supplier. Strong experience in consultative sales is required, experience in sales to public sector organizations internationally is highly appreciated.
Fluent written and spoken English is required. Furthermore, you will get along with your Finnish skills. As a Sales Manager you are expected to travel internationally on a regular basis.
