We are developing our organization and now looking for a new

Sales Manager

as the current position holder takes a career step inside the organization to another management team role. In this demanding job, you can influence the success of our company and work with one of the best and most well-known brands in the automotive industry. You are part of the management team and report to the managing director.

You will lead our sales organization in passenger car tires. Your mission is to develop and steer all sales activities for our local sales organization in line with sales strategy. You are an inspiring and strong leader who ensures that the sales strategy is implemented in the field. You do this by coaching your team to fulfill and exceed targets, and by removing any obstacles from their way. You build good, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at home and abroad.

We expect you to aim high and drive our business forward. You have passion and commitment as well as drive for results. You are able combine strategic planning and systematic execution. You have excellent interpersonal skills, you inspire collaboration, communicate effectively, and build trust. To succeed you must have leadership skills, results of success in sales and account management, relevant degree, e.g. business or technical, and fluency in Finnish and English.
