Job Description
As our Sales Manager of Services, you'll play a pivotal role in our Services team, spearheading the sale of maintenance services and service contracts from our dynamic service portfolio. Your mission? To cultivate your expertise while sealing the deal with both our existing and prospective clients. Backed by our spirited global Cimcorpers community, you'll be based at our headquarters in Ulvila, Finland, working alongside our enthusiastic Customer Support squad.
Key responsibilities
Be the go-to sales guru, understanding each customer's unique needs and delivering tailored solutions with flair.
Team up with our proactive system sales team to reel in new customers.
Juggle multiple sales cases with finesse, ensuring no detail goes unnoticed.
Collaborate with the Product Manager, Services, to cook up innovative services that delight our customers.
Contribute to crafting and implementing our customer support strategy, ensuring we always exceed expectations.
Qualifications
Road to professional success
Minimum of five years' experience in the high-octane world of international industrial service business.
Proven track record in contract management and overseeing outsourced services.
A knack for collaborating with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Mastery of customer and stakeholder relationship management.
A problem-solving mindset with top-notch communication abilities.
Wanderlust? Perfect! You'll need to be willing to travel.
English proficiency a must and additional languages a bonus.
