We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has a proven track record in generating and converting new business along with developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Fortum aims to be a major provider of recycled plastic for brands in the need of sustainable packaging and raw material for their products. As the Sales Manager for recycled plastics you will be a key player in developing the market and customer relationships for Fortum CIRCO granulate in Europe. You will be accountable for developing Fortum’s position and customer base in the plastics market and ensuring development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty and satisfaction. You will identify and build relationships to key decision makers, potential new customers and influencers.

You understand selling cycle, customer’s purchasing strategies, selling, negotiating, reporting and funnel management. In addition you are familiar with business planning and are accustomed in leading and coaching people.
You have experience in working with international brand sales customers, B2B sales and you have a commercial or technical degree (M.Sc. or similar). You are fluent in English (both written and spoken) and one other Nordic language other than Finnish, German or one other European languages are considered as an advantage.
As a person you are driven, positive, eager to develop your area of responsibility and you like working with different stakeholders.
