We are looking for a target-oriented, hands-on sales manager or director for our growing Medical Technologies business.
Your future responsibilities
You’ll join the international sales organization of Bittium and will focus on Bittium Medical Technologies sales. Your responsibility is to achieve and go beyond the sales targets of the Medical Technologies business, by your personal hands-on sales work with new and current accounts.
Your main work will focus on building and developing the global distribution network for Bittium Medical Technologies solutions. In the position, you are responsible to maintain the sales funnel of the Medical business. You will get to maintain customer relationships from frail leads to contract phase, and beyond. Even after the deal is made, you will keep a close eye on customer satisfaction, monitoring and managing the quality aspects of product and service delivery. Developing sales proposals and contracts, negotiating with clients, and sealing the deals are your moments to shine. In the background you will maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports, analyze the market and competitors, keep up with technology, provide information to product management and prepare qualitative sales forecasts.
You will take part in the overall medical sales strategy and will also work in close collaboration with the marketing team. You will be a part of the Bittium Sales organization and will report to the SVP of Sales.

You have a proven track record in international sales and you understand business cultures from home and abroad. You have creative and courageous attitude for searching new sales opportunities and you are ready and able to build and nurture your network of key contacts. You understand that to achieve results, you need to be in the frontline of sales and close to the customer. You are eager to hit the road – our clients are truly global, and this work demands frequent travelling.
You are ready to work in an international and fast growing business environment. You have a positive attitude towards new things, strong situational awareness and you are fast in adapting to different situations. You enjoy working together with your colleagues, while being ready also to work independently. You are ready to be one of the key faces of Bittium Medical Technologies.
You can work and communicate in English. Other languages are a big plus – if you can work for example in German, Swedish, French, Spanish, Italian or Finnish, that’s a good addition. You have good office IT skills and are familiar with CRM systems. Your preferred location is in one of our medical sales office locations (Espoo, Munich or Kuopio), other locations can be discussed.
