Your role

You love sales. Your main responsibility is to drive the sales of Fortum Spring’s new demand response solutions towards B2B customers for the Nordic countries. In addition, you will forge new partnerships to accelerate our growth. You will also be developing the offering based on customer feedback together with your business development colleagues. You will network within the industry as well as within the company with sales colleagues in other business units. Managing customer relationships is also part of the job.

Your office location will be in Keilaranta Espoo, Finland, but you will also spend a lot of time traveling to meet customers, once the pandemic is over. Currently the team is working mostly remotely.

Your qualifications

You have a solid track record of pushing sales relentlessly to reach targets. You are capable of working independently, have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude. You are flexible to changes in priorities and offerings, as in our work things can change fast.

Knowledge of the energy industry, industrial processes or real estate will be a significant plus. In any case you need to be a quick learner, as the rabbit hole of flexibility business goes pretty deep.

You have a suitable higher education degree. The team works in English and many customer relationships are in Finnish, both of which you are fluent in. Fluency in Swedish is considered a plus.
