We are now looking for a highly motivated and committed Sales Manager Finland to continue to drive the business forward in the Finnish market place.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall sales and profit responsibilities for the Finnish market

  • Be the main company representative in Finland where you continue building the Nordpeis brand and actively participate in formulating strategic business decisions

  • Responsible for selected customers across Finland as well as further development of the Finnish market and client base

  • Responsible for sales trainings and courses

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience from sales / marketing roles

  • Prior experience as a regional sales manager / district manager is an advantage

  • Technical interest and experience from retail sales in construction/hardware product segment

  • Fluent Finnish and strong English skills are required for the role, Swedish will be considered a plus

Personal characteristics:

  • Relationship builder with the ability to listen and working in an entrepreneurial manner

  • Positive, solution-oriented and cooperative

  • Structured and thriving in a busy and exciting everyday life with active travelling (3-4 days per week)

  • Hungry to achieve results and develop processes

Further information:

The office will be based in the NIBE facility in Vantaa where local support functions are available. Working from own home office outside the Helsinki area is also an option. The start of the role is as soon as possible and interviews will be held on a continuous basis.
