Caldic Finland, which was established in 2000, experiences positive results and strong growth. Located in Espoo, Caldic Finland has 8 employees in sales and customer care who work closely with 150 colleagues in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Caldic Finland is a major player in food ingredients in Finland with a wide portfolio of quality and safe ingredients from leading manufacturers around the world as well as from own production.

We are looking for an active and results-driven

Sales Manager

to be responsible for the sales relationship and growth in the agreed customer segment in the food ingredients markets. Your focus will be on planning and executing account management strategy and managing sales pipeline. You will cultivate relationships with customers and suppliers through frequent discussion and interaction. You will grow business by anticipating customer needs, determining appropriate solutions to their business problems, and providing an overall high level of customer service. You will be working in close cooperation with your local Nordic colleagues, and you report to Managing Director, Caldic Finland.

To achieve success in the role, you are an excellent relationship builder and have a consultative sales approach. You have a very good ability to create, retain and develop partnerships while identifying and running new business opportunities. You have a passion for food industry and minimum 2 years of commercial experience within a relevant position/industry with proven track record. Solid knowledge of the market and networks in the food industry are highly appreciated. You have an applicable degree preferably in food science and the ability to analyze the needs of our customers from a technical and commercial point of view. You have excellent interpersonal skills and communicate fluently in Finnish and in English.
