At Roxon Conveyor Components, we are looking for a highly experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join our sales journey and continue growing the business across new and existing segments in Scandinavia and CIS countries. Roxon has operations in Finland (main location Hollola / Lahti), Sweden and Norway.  

Role Description

Reporting to the Roxon GM , the Conveyor Components Manager will have a strategic post in the organization. You will be a key player in developing and growing the Component business in Scandinavia and CIS countries. In addition to Business development you will lead and manage a team of 20 professionals based in Finland and Sweden.

We are looking for a self driven “hunter” who can further develop and build up even more successful Component business.  The growth is intended to be profitable, so the main goal of this role is revenue, leveraging our expansive capital equipment, capabilities, and ability to provide specialised engineering solutions to the customers.

Managing a range of substantial customers and identifying new sales opportunities you will:

  • Develop sales strategies nationally & internationally
  • Draft proposals and make sales pitches
  • Expand the company’s Component footprint within the in Scandinavia and CIS
  • Deliver Account Management and Generate new business
  • Manage a team of 20 professionals in Finland and Sweden

In order to succeed in this role, you’ll need to have:

  • A proven track record in successful Business Development in international BtoB, even better if you have an exposure to business in CIS Market
  • Prior man management experience in managing a technical and sales teams
  • A target driven with ability to make business decisions and close the deals
  • work under pressure
  • Bachelor or Master´s level degree
  • English language skills, additional language skills are beneficial
