Comparex is looking for a highly motivated and driven SALES LEAD with excellent sales skills and a strong ability to manage own sales team to high performance to our Finnish office in Helsinki.

The position

You will have an opportunity to be an integral part of the sales team’s and company’s success. You act as a role model internally to your sales team, building, leading and coaching your team to maximum sales potential to drive success.

You are an expert in value-based selling and IT-industry. You will have relationships with internal and external stakeholders and you will report and deliver accurate forecast to management. You will also represent at major industry events, conferences and trade shows.

Requirements & personal skills

To best succeed in this role, you are a hands-on Sales Manager who can lead your team by example, reaching your individual sales target. You have a proven and demonstrable track record running high performing sales team and of achieving sales quota with proven success in IT sales – preferably of software and cloud sales for a major player in the field.

What we expect from you

  • A passion for sales, an entrepreneurial spirit, and persistent attitude
  • Understanding of the IT-industry and business management
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting 
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written in English and Finnish)
