Sales Equipment Operations Manager for Unilever
Did you know that before Ice Cream cabinets and kiosks land on the market, there is a great deal of analyzing, planning and teamwork being done? We are now looking for a Sales Equipment (SEQ) Operations Manager to join the Finnish Ice Cream sales team as a maternity leave substitute. SEQ Operations Manager works in the heart of Ice Cream business and is responsible for leading and managing SEQ operations from planning to execution.
What you will be doing
Lead Ice Cream season start from SEQ point of view with the support from key account and territory managers
Lead the execution of SEQ plans and following up the progress frequently
Act as the owner of SEQ budget and update the monthly forecast
Lead and manage SEQ supplier relations
Lead contracts negotiations with suppliers
Deliver and develop reports and KPI scorecards
Continuously develop SEQ operational processes and systems
What does it take to succeed in the role
You have either led or worked in complex operational projects and have a passion for process development. Project management, data- and detail-orientation are one of your core strengths. You have good Excel skills and learn new tools quickly. Power BI skills and SAP user experience are considered as an advantage. As you will have several internal and external stakeholders, you are also an excellent communicator and have the guts to challenge the status quo when needed. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English. Experience from working in FMCG industry is considered as an advantage.
