Are you customer-oriented, and do you know how to build and maintain good customer relationships? Do you want to help drive and develop a specific sales area as well as the digital agenda in terms of relationships and collaboration with relevant partners in and outside Grundfos?
Then join the Domestic Building Services (DBS) team as our new Sales Engineer. Here you will be responsible for the profitable growth in market share through the maintenance, monitoring and development of Grundfos’ products, services and customer base within the DBS. You area of responsibility will be in the east side of Finland.
Currently, Grundfos is working on new products and solutions which, in addition to providing noticeable differentiation in the market, also challenge the traditional pumping solutions that Grundfos previously launched and is known for. Solutions that contain a large degree of digitalisation and which open up new business and growth opportunities. As a new colleague in our DBS team, you will be an important part of the work of bringing our new and existing products and solutions to market. You will work on developing your sales district while together with the team working on specific growth initiatives. You will do sales in close cooperation with the marketing organisationAs Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for sales within DBS in Finland. More specific, you will be working with:
Most of your time will be used outside with the customers, where you will be driving from your home office. You will be part of the office in Vantaa, and you will refer to Sales Manager DBS, Carl Godmark. As our new Sales Engineer, you will be part of our sales team DBS Nordic consisting of committed and competent colleagues across the Nordic countries.
What do you need to apply?
We imagine that you have a commercial background with a technical understanding within Domestic Building Services combined with several years of relevant sales experience.
You have a positive and resilient personality alongside with digital mind-set. You are able to drive the transition to a digital agenda including online, social selling, webinars, product data management etc. You are customer-focused with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. You are service-minded and a true team player, and you enjoy collaboration with various stakeholders. You have a strong ability to influence others, and you always do your best to delivering results and meeting customer expectations. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills, and you speak and write English and Finnish fluently.
