We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal driven Sales engineer to be part of our Nordic Biopharma sales organization. Your key responsibility is to develop business opportunities and deliver planned sales growth. You will successfully promote a pro-active sales approach, increasing business and customer base. Most of all you will have a consultative client-specific approach to show the customer the advantages of using the products and the entire product system, which means you will be selling the high value of the products. In addition, you will also act as technical specialist towards the clients.
We expect that you have at least 5 years of sales experience in biopharma sales, and a strong understanding of biopharma manufacturing processes. You should preferably have a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent in the field of engineering or mechanics. Experience with single-use and peristaltic pump technology is an advantage.
As a person you are self-driven and take personal responsibility to succeed. You are proactive and a good communicator in order to contribute to the development of the business. Your verbal and written English and Finnish skills are fluent.
