Sales Engineer – Where will your passion take you?

We are looking for an Atlas Copco Power Technique Sales Engineer – Finland, to develop the sales of mobile compressors and hand held tools in the region.

Mission

You will maximize the sustainable growth of our sales business by promoting your products to new and existing customers. An important face of the brand to our customers, you will develop and maintain good customer relationships within the area and ensure we provide an excellent sales and customer experience.

The Sales Engineer will;

  • Conduct active customer visits and product demonstrations in the region
  • Have strong focus on Customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
  • Develop the business to your key accounts, distributors and end users
  • Assure success in our ambition to grow market share and maintain good profitability
  • Support and train our distributors and customers
  • Interact with Business Line Manager and other members of the sales team

This position reports to the Business Line Manager in Finland.

Experience requirements

The successful candidate should have a solid experience in B2B sales. Experience in Construction industry, mobile compressors or hand held tools is an asset.

 

Educational requirements

Technical degree or similar through experience.

The candidate shall have a fluent Finnish and good command of English. Swedish language is considered as an asset.

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Understanding of what value-based selling intends for equipment sales
  • Ability to discuss with people in all organizational levels
  • Ability to influence in customer decision
  • Excellent communication skills, selling practices and techniques
  • Strong focus on Customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
  • Good self-management skills
