Right now, we are looking for Sales Director to lead the Work on the Move & Logistics industry focused Sales team in the Large Corporate Customers sales.
I am Kimmo Sulin and I am leading Large Corporate Customer sales. We are a great bunch of people with a strong customer focus.
Large Corporate Customers segment is responsible for business customers with more than 250 employees in the Finnish market. Our segment and its people are continuously evolving and looking into new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for creating the Sales plan for the Work on the Move & Logistics sales team, in line with the B2B Segment business plan.
Work on the Move & Logistics team works closely with leading Finnish companies e.g. from Construction, Logistics, Media, IT and Digital Services sectors. The common nominator for our customers is a large B2C/B2B customer base and operations mainly in the Nordic / Baltic countries. Our customers are leaders in implementing digital services and processes.
You work in a systematic and result-oriented way, to ensure the success of the team. You will work actively with the team and colleagues to ensure our growth in New Generation Telco business opportunities. You manage the sales team to implement its own plans and achieve sales targets in order to contribute to the B2B Segment business plan. You lead your team through Telia’s Leadership Expectations: encourage, engage and empower. Leading also means that you will provide clear goals and objectives for the team and support the team members’ growth. You will actively build the customer relations, in strong co-operation with Telia units and companies, and support the team members with their customers. You are proactively developing the customer satisfaction.

You are a role model in customer and people leadership and have the right mindset and attitude for coaching your team members and helping them grow in their roles. You have excellent collaboration abilities with all stakeholders (customers, internal functions and partners) and team player mindset. You have the understanding and preferably contacts in Work on the move and Logistics industry, and previous experience as direct manager of people and as a sales director. You have a strong sales management competence and experience of Corporate Customers.
You have excellent people leadership, coaching and networking skills. You are able to understand what drives customer satisfaction. You also have excellent negotiation and presentation skills. You need to have a university degree in relevant field or equivalent experience through work history. You are fluent in speaking and writing English and Finnish. Additional language skills e.g. Swedish are an advantage for your success. You have solid ICT competencies and experience. You are able to act as a trusted advisor to the customer.
