We are now looking for a SALES DIRECTOR
You are responsible of the word wide sales organisation, as well as build and develop our agent network. You should independently work with long term sales projects and ability to close the deals between 500k€-3M€. You act on daily basis as a primary lead, major interface and coordinator for all marketing and sales activities for the customers, agents and Sales Managers. You will manage the sales strategy, activity plans, sales, marketing, implementation, budget and commercial results for the market. The new position as Sales Director, will be reporting to the Management team. You will be leader for the sales teams covering Finland and other Nordic countries, Germany and USA.
You are successful in this role if you have B2B sales experience preferably with background from the machine tool industry. You have good negotiation and contractual skills (written and verbal). You have good commercial and technical skills and understanding (M.Sc or B.Sc in engineering). You should be able to identify the decision making and organizational layers of the potential customers. Also, you have good understanding of automation and service sales.
Willingness to travel and attendance in tradeshows and fairs is needed. Fluency in Finnish and English languages is required. German is great benefit and other languages are plus.
Your personality is international and pragmatic, as you interact with different cultures and stakeholders. You have an entrepreneurial strategic mindset with a hands-on and hard-working attitude. You should have strong capability in formulating and successfully executing business planning, as well as “day to day” tasks. You are ambitious and creative, yet humble and willing to explore and learn new. You feel that change is an opportunity instead of seeing it as a threat. You always strive to deliver the best customer experience. The final candidate will be a high intellectual with great energy who thrives in a challenging, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment.
