SALES DIRECTOR, SOLUTION SALES


In your Sales Director, Solution Sales role you will identify sales opportunities, manage sales process with holistic approach and ensure ISS service offering is being tailored into compelling customer centric solutions and winning deals delivering top-line growth. You work in a close cooperation with other professionals in the commercial unit and key account organizations. The role is reporting to the Director, Solution Sales in Finland.


As a Sales Director you will


  • Build and develop strong relationships with industry´s key players
  • Communicate and understand customer needs to create solutions supporting customer´s success in selected areas
  • Convince both external and internal stakeholders to deliver effective business strategies
  • Actively recognize and define new business opportunities in both new sales and growth within existing customer base
  • Lead and drive respective sales project teams and processes in complex bid responses.

To succeed in this position, you should have


  • 5+ years of experience in solution sales within industrial customers or service industry
  • Master’s degree or similar educational background
  • Previous experience working within property and facility management services, preferably also IFS solutions
  • Results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passion to create value to customer, and ability to move fast in a continually changing environment
  • Capacity to work across all levels in customer organizations and establish credibility and long lasting relationships
  • Ability to convince and communicate fluently both in Finnish and English, Swedish considered to be an advantage.
