Sales and Business development manager, Data and Analytics

Pedab Finland is looking for a motivated and dynamic person to join our Sales team to help us further grow our business in Finland.


Your job will be to drive Pedab sales within Data and Analytics division, where our mission is to help our customers become data driven businesses. We do this by developing and selling data platforms, cognitive solutions, and new business models by ourselves and together with our business partners. You generate new sales and develop the relationships within the ecosystem, identify and manage sales opportunities through effective account management, and recruit and on-board new potential business partners.

We are looking for a professional with at least five years experience within sales. Experience in channel sales / business partner relationship management or consultative IT solution sales is an advantage. We expect you to have a proven track record of driving revenue through strong strategic selling and negotiations as well as the ability to build and develop productive relationships with your business partners, create compelling solutions to address client needs as well as increase sales and customer satisfaction.

As a person you are a positive team player who has a proven track record from software sales. You are a team-player motivated to grow and develop new business with good attention to detail and accuracy and with ability to work on multiple sales projects simultaneously in ever changing business environment. You excel at building relationships and improving customer experience.
