Sales Assistant

As a sales assistant you will be working as a part of global team in diverse tasks serving both internal and external customers.

Your tasks will be:

  • Processing orders
  • Invoicing
  • CRM-system maintenance
  • Communication with customers and resellers by phone and e-mail
  • Assisting the Admin team in everyday tasks
  • Taking care of the office environment and atmosphere

In order to be successful in this job, you might have a degree in Business Administration or some relevant work experience from previous positions in customer service, sales, invoicing or administration.

As a person, you are a team player who has excellent service orientated skills and open minded, positive attitude to everything you do. You are eager to learn new things. You are not afraid of routines and you can maintain the high level of accuracy in your work. Fluent English and Finnish are required since we work in international environment.
