Your role as a Sales and Project Manager is to generate and enhance the sales of coldrooms in Finland. In consultation with the senior management as well as the local team, you will ensure that the coldrooms are made available in Finland by analyzing the trends of the customers and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs. You will proactively drive long-term sales approach with the customers, building the sales case from early phases to the successful closing of the deals, and execution of the projects. The position requires traveling in Finland and in the region, as well as a presence at our Porvoo or Helsinki office. You will report to Director, Finland and Baltics.
You will ideally have several years’ experience in coldroom business in the food retail, HoReCa and/or healthcare sector combined with a solid technical knowledge of refrigeration and coldrooms solutions. Excellent negotiation skills, an ability to understand our customers’ needs, and experience of working and collaborating effectively in a global business context will contribute to your success. Fluency in Finnish and English is a must, and other language skills are an advantage.
