Sales and Operations Director

CADMATIC is a leading developer of digital and intelligent 3D-based design, engineering, and information management software solutions for the marine, process, and construction industries. Our story began already in the 1980s and today we are, with around 250 proactive, engaged and growth-minded people worldwide, the selected developer and provider of CADMATIC software solutions for over 6 000 customers in 60 countries. Over the last years, we have multiplied our business, and we are far from done! We are just getting started.

Now we are looking for a Director, Sales & Operations, North Europe region, for our Process & Industry Business Unit. As Region responsible, your primary focus is to create sales growth by acquiring new customers, upselling and cross-selling CADMATIC products & services to existing customers together with your local teams in Finland and Sweden. Guiding your team members to understand the company priorities and strategy with coaching approach.

You work together with your winning sales team to hit the sales targets and create great customer experiences. You have sales experience from 3D Plant Design & Engineering and Digital Twin solutions for EPC’s companies, engineering companies and owner operators. Working closely with our Business Development, Solution Units, Marketing and Customer Success team, you and your team make sure that we are delivering added value to our customers.

We expect you to have:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering
• You have strong (+10 years) industry knowledge for example in chemical, power, oil and gas, pulp and paper, food and beverage or pharmaceutical company.
• Sales experience in Nordic countries
• Entrepreneurial mind-set
• Understanding of relevant software solutions and the market we operate in
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Fluent English and Swedish or Finnish
• Willingness to travel whenever business needs

As part of our Process & Industry team you will cooperate and work closely with our global sales team. As we are a global matrix organization, you cooperate on a daily basis with the professionals in our global Customer Success Team too. This position can be located in our offices in Sweden or Finland and you will report directly to our VP Process & Industry.
