The Sales and Customer Support Specialist is a part of the Commercial & Product support team. The team is responsible for customer support & project management of jet engine repairs, sales support including quoting and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, shop visit financial optimization, invoicing, and status reporting. 

Successful candidate in this role should have a technical mindset to be able to learn technical aspects of turbine engine technology and repair processes; enjoy working with culturally diverse customers based in different locations around the globe; be ready to work flexible hours; communicate effectively on all levels of organization; be very structured and able to successfully coordinate several projects simultaneously with a good eye for details. 

This is a full-time permanent position in Vantaa in a dynamic and fast-growing company, where you can influence your own work.

  • Coordinating quoting and requests for proposals with sales directors 
  • Salesforce updates
  • Communication with customers during and after jet engine repair process
  • Communication with internal stakeholders on engine repair status
  • Coordinating customer visits on site as necessary
  • Support invoicing and collection activities


  • Previous experience in sales, sales & customer support, or other relevant commercial roles, preferably in aviation or other relevant field 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent qualification
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English, and preferably also in Finnish
  • Customer focused mindset and a service attitude
  • Proficiency with MS Office Programs
  • Flexibility in working hours 
  • Excellent team working and organizing skills
  • Driving license B category
  • Knowledge of legal aspects of sales contract implementation, considered as an advantage
