We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our Strategy & Analytics team at Schibsted Finland, where our most well known brands are Tori, Oikotie and Rakentaja.

What would you get to do?
As our Sales Analyst, you will develop Schibsted Suomi sales reporting and insight, develop and maintain the reporting solution for sales- and business needs, and in addition to this improve the company's commercial performance through participation in strategy and pricing projects.
An Important part of your role is to offer reliable insights, so that we can continuously improve our businesses and serve our customers even better. You build and develop the reporting solution for our businesses' needs. You also build reliable monitoring processes for data quality together with sales support functions. In pricing and commercial strategy projects, you crunch the numbers, compile benchmarks and provide insight. You help optimize sales products over their lifecycle.
You're part of the Strategy & Analytics team - and work closely with sales and sales support functions every day. As part of the Strategy & Analytics team, you work together with other data & analytics experts to provide a full view of our marketplaces and businesses.
Your tasks include developing and maintaining reports, data validation and data source design and maintenance. You occasionally help design integrations between data sources and conduct ad hoc analyses. Working with fast-paced sales, every day will be different, so you're willing to put one foot in front of the other and have fun along the way.
Some of the systems we are working with: Tableau Desktop & Server, MS Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics, relational databases.

What are we looking for?
Experience with BI tools (for example Tableau or PowerBI) and MS Office.
As a person, you are willing to learn new things all the time and your work style is accurate and proactive. You are able to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
Willingness to turn sales and business needs into reporting solutions.
Knowledge of CRM (for example Dynamics) and business systems.
Fluency in English since it is our company language.
These are seen as a strong plus:
Knowledge of databases, ETL pipelines and data modeling.
Fluency in Finnish can be helpful when communicating with the customers, but it's not required to succeed in this role.
