In this position, you will have a great opportunity to influence and work independently with safety issues in Finland with support from Europe.

The role gives you an excellent chance to develop your career in an industry-leading company. Your main task is to establish a positive Safety, Health and Environmental culture within Calderys, through the development of a proactive approach to EHS Management and Installation workforce. You also provide technical and legal advice, so that Health and Safety firmly stay at the top of every agenda and are embedded in all aspects of business thinking, behaviours and decision making.

Ideally you have education with technical specialty and minimum of 3 years’ experience in EHS related business (offshore, construction, installation in dangerous and hazardous industrial environment) and in safety behaviour policies and practices. Most of all, you are internationally open and have an energetic and pragmatic approach. You are able to provide accurate and comprehensive written and verbal reports. Strong communication skills and fluency in Finnish and English are required. Swedish language skills are an advantage.

You love travelling and international opportunities. The role involves travelling to customers’ sites in Finland  as well as in Europe. Our offices are located in Lempäälä and Vantaa. We are flexible with working hours and location. Home office is a possibility. We ensure your personal and professional career development together with Calderys.
