We are looking for a proactive and open-minded
for our global client located in Espoo. Temporary employment contract until the end of year 2020 will be made with Experis. The assignment will start immediately once the right candidate is found.
Coordinator will work with a project deploying the Salesforce Service Cloud application to customer service agents and administrators to manage the capture and resolution of all inbound service requests from multiple channels. You will support the roll out and ensure the country specific setup in four different countries.
As a Coordinator you participate in requirement capturing, analysis and management. You create training materials and deliver trainings. You will work closely with Project Manager, stakeholders in different country units and development team.
- At least Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field (e.g. Information Technology, Business Administration)
- At least basic Salesforce knowledge (setup classification)
- Experience in project work
- Advanced written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills
- Fast learner who takes responsibility proactively
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and to multitask
- Willingness to travel 10 % of the time
